Highlube Fluid Engineering Pty Ltd has been established in Illawarra NSW for the past 20 years. Highlube’s core business is fluid transfer, engineering, manufacture, installations, maintenance, repair and supply of lubrication products and systems. Primarily servicing the BHP Bluescope Steel plant at Port Kembla we have grown from 4-5 employees to currently employing 55. Highlube Fluid Engineering has established an apprentice and engineering training scheme. During this time we have employed 40 apprentices and we have maintained the majority as tradesmen.

Highlube is a fully accredited ISO 9001/2002 organisation; and we take pride in providing impeccable service and satisfaction to our many clients. Testimony of which is validated by the long standing relationship and rapport we enjoy with Bluescope Steel Port Kembla, Onesteel at Rooty Hill and Temco in Tasmanian. At each of these plants we are responsible for Total Lubrication Management (TLM) programs which are co-ordinated with preventive maintenance programs and for the supply of lubrication components.

Highlube specialises in a wide range of fluid transfer and lubrication products. We take pride in supplying superior technical knowledge and service backed up by high quality product. Our product is of the highest quality available in the market place, Graco, Farvel, Delimon, Denco, Bijur, Enerpac and Lubsite.

  
In November 2005 Highlube Fluid Engineering Pty Ltd secured the Australasian Master distributorship for Denco, Farval, Bijur, Delimon, Lubsite product range, world leaders in lubrication system technology. This organisation is now known as Bijur Delimon with a wide range of lubrication products that are well established in many of the Australian heavy engineering and mining fraternities.

In September 2007 Highlube Fluid Engineering Pty Ltd secured an agreement with Graco to become a distributor and service agent for Graco products. With taking on the Graco distributorship Highlube has been able to offer a greater range of systems, products and technology that aid in setting quality, increasing production and work place standards in a wide range of fluid handling and Lubrication applications.

Founded in 1926, Graco’s ongoing investment in fluid management and control will continue to provide innovative solutions to a diverse global market from which Highlube Fluid Engineering Pty Ltd will pass on to you and your business.

May 2007 Enerpac announced Highlube Fluid Engineering Pty Ltd as a supplier and distributor of Enerpac high-pressure hydraulics tools.

Enerpac is the global leading manufacturer of 700 bar high-pressure hydraulic tools, components and systems for industries such as offshore oil & gas, construction, mining, petrochemical and manufacturing, supplying high-force tools to these and many other industries worldwide.
